Caro-Kann, Panov-Botvinnik Attack (B14)
1 e4 c6 2 d4 d5 3 exd5 cxd5 4 c4 Nf6 5 Nc3 e6

The best way to play against the Caro-Kann is to open up the center and move c4. Then the game becomes very tactical and the best tactical player wins. This is another good reason to eat your spinach and study your tactics.
